Refurbishment of an existing office space within the University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Business & Economics. The purpose of this project was to create new meeting/conference areas and offices to accommodate more staff and functionality within the space on Level 4, 5 and 6. Works were completed within a live office environment with minimal disruption to the client and the buildings staff. This project included new workstations, partitions and ceilings, Electrical and Communications, Fire Services alterations, New Mechanical Installations and Relocations, Floor and wall finishes and detailed Joinery.
