PSC were approached by NECA Education to expand their administration office within their Carlton branch. The works comprised of an expansion of the existing office including new workstations, additional power, data, various building works, painting and floor finishes. It was imperative for the client to minimise the downtime that the office was not used. PSC were able to compress the working time by prefabricating most items and mitigating all potential risks prior to the commencement of the project to eliminate any program slippage.
